Online team accounts are coming. For now, confirmations are reviewed by PrepHeat staff.
Team checklist
- Submit roster (use the CSV template)
- Every player claims / creates their profile
- Parent/guardian consent form for each minor
- Waiver and insurance documents
- Confirm arrival schedule
- Review camp and game schedule

Download the template, fill it in, then upload it below. Only list a player as consented if a parent/guardian has actually given consent — players without consent are never published.
